What about blockchain network fees?
Blockchain network costs depend on the selected asset, network, and movement. Applicable network fees are calculated separately from the platform transaction fee.
When do I get charged?
Fees are only charged on successful payments. If a customer sends payment and it's confirmed on the blockchain, the fee is deducted from that transaction. No payment = no fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. Contact us to change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Do you require KYC?
