What about blockchain network fees?
Network fees (gas) for sweeping funds to your hot wallet are handled by us. When you withdraw to your own wallet, standard network fees apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
When do I get charged?
Fees are only charged on successful payments. If a customer sends payment and it's confirmed on the blockchain, the fee is deducted from that transaction. No payment = no fee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. Contact us to change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Do you require KYC?
