Customer payments are received into PayCoinPro-managed wallets
We maintain custody of funds until you request a withdrawal
Your merchant balance is tracked in our system and visible in your dashboard
You can withdraw funds to your own wallet at any time, subject to our withdrawal policies
We employ enterprise-grade security to protect all funds under our custody
We are not responsible for funds after they are withdrawn to addresses you provide

4. Eligibility

To use PayCoinPro, you must:

Losses from unauthorized access to your account or wallet

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
